Frankenstein in the Movies

Ever since Mary Shelley came out with the story of Frankenstein and the monster, Hollywood has never passed up the opportunity to do something with this tale of horror. Director Mel Brooks is no exception. He decided to make a comedy out of it while keeping the element of mystery. Of course, he added unusual characters to spice it up and make it entertaining. Shelley’s novel is worth reading and I highly recommend it. ~~LMM
