Advanced Level English 10 Students:

How do you see yourself? Do you let others “get” to you? In class we watched a video based on a song by Christina Aguilera. You were expected to write a brief composition in reaction to the song titled “Beautiful.”  I’ve received a number of interesting compositions via Google Docs. If you sent me your work, you should have gotten a response from me (“Received”). Those who have not written their composition have until the next class to do so. On the making of….

Ever wonder how films are made? Especially those with stunning visual effects? With the movie Hugo you’ll get an idea of what’s involved after we watch a video on how it was filmed. Working with child actors and animals must be challenging for a director, even a pro like Martin Scorsese. When it comes to animated films and human actors, that’s a whole new ball game.
